What we collect

• Account information: your email address, optional name, authentication information and session records. A connected sign-in provider may share an identifier and email address with us.
• Your uploaded photo: one image of a person or pet that you choose for a generation. It is uploaded to storage and made available to the AI video provider to render the clip.
• Generation history: the selected subject mode and resolution, task identifier, status, resulting video and related credit transactions.
• Payment records: order identifiers, amounts, currency, product and payment status returned by the payment provider. We do not receive your full payment card number.
• Support and technical information: messages you submit, and request metadata used to operate the service, prevent abuse and investigate failures.

How the information is used

We use this information to create the requested video, maintain your account and generation history, manage credits and purchases, respond to support requests, and protect the service. Upload only a photo you are allowed to share with the service and its generation provider.

Service providers

The service uses third-party providers for AI video generation, payment processing, hosting, storage, sign-in and transactional email. Your photo is sent to the generation provider for the requested task. Payment information is handled by the payment provider under its own privacy terms. Providers receive the information needed to perform their roles.

Browser storage

Essential cookies and browser storage support sign-in, language preferences, saved generation settings and the return from checkout. Clearing browser storage can remove a local draft or sign you out. Advertising and analytics identifiers are not enabled in this launch configuration.

Storage, access and deletion

Generation records and media are stored so you can see your history and download completed videos. To request access, correction, export or deletion of account data, uploads or outputs, open a support ticket from your account. We may need to verify the request. Some payment and security records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute.

Children

The service is not intended for children under 13, or below the applicable minimum age in their country. Contact support if you believe a child has supplied personal information without appropriate permission.
